After working in the kitchens at Morimoto and Hiroki, Andy Bernard launched his sushi delivery service in the middle of the shutdown, taking orders via email and delivering them for a fee. The chirashi, with fish, roe, vegetables, and seasoned rice, is a good place to start. (Note that there isn’t a physical location to pick up orders; it’s delivery only.)
